I adore this company. I have an old home with A LOT of double hung windows. And Glass Man & Sons put in overtime to make certain every single window was fully operational and updated. They will 100% be my go to for window repairs. They know their stuff and were even able to handle the very unusual windows of my 1920s-era home.
The estimate was free and they did an excellent job of sizing up the job and the effort. I also appreciated that the work was staged to a) get everything unstuck, followed by b) repair any of the weights and ropes that needed replacement.
The crew was very kind and professional. They were very efficient and took the time to make certain everything was working in a way where I could EASILY open and close either (or both) top and bottom sashes.
